Refund Policy

TechVetted Refund Policy (Digital Downloads)

Because our products are instant-access digital downloads (PDF playbooks, guides, checklists, templates), we generally don't offer refunds once a file has been delivered or accessed.

That said, I'm not here to be difficult — if something genuinely isn't right, I'll help.

7‑Day Refund Window (Case-by-case)

You can request a refund within 7 days of purchase if:

  • You did not successfully access the download link, or
  • The file is corrupted/defective and we can't get you a working copy, or
  • You purchased the same product twice by mistake.

When refunds are not available

Refunds are not available if:

  • The digital product has been downloaded, accessed, or delivered (including access via the order confirmation page or email link), or
  • The request is based on "I changed my mind" / "I didn't end up needing it" after delivery.

Note: Digital delivery systems don't always provide perfect "proof" of whether a file was opened on every device. Because of that, TechVetted may use delivery confirmation, download/link activity (when available), and order history to determine eligibility.

If the guide isn't solving your issue, reach out — I'll point you to the right section or the right next step (including when it's time to call a pro). A lot of problems get fixed with one small adjustment.

How to request a refund

Contact us and include:

  • Your order number
  • The email address used at checkout
  • The product name
  • A quick note on what happened (download issue, duplicate purchase, file problem, etc.)

If approved, refunds are issued back to the original payment method.
